Prior to founding BoomTown with Mark, Paul was Head of Alternative Programming for MTV and VH1, shepherding numerous #1 hits and formats like Martha and Snoop’s PotLuck Dinner Party, Ridiculousness, and Hip Hop Squares. Previously, Paul was Head of Programming at MTV2, where he launched and co-created the hit series Guy Code and Girl Code, and relaunched Wild N Out, leading the channel to 4 years of record growth and stoking the careers of countless comedians and personalities.

Mark is a proven showrunner and creator with 20 years of experience. Prior to teaming up with Paul, he most recently produced Shaquille O’Neal’s series, “Big Chicken Shaq” for Facebook Watch, and his Big Energy Productions had a Pod deal with ITV America. Mark has developed projects for NBC, MTV, A&E, History, Comedy Central, E!, TruTV, and many others, across genres including follow-doc reality, sketch comedy and scripted comedy.
